Taking on new projects

Websites that sell.
Bookings that work.

I build WordPress websites and an online booking system for venues that live off their calendar. No agency, no account manager — you work with me directly.

Three things I do really well

Instead of a list of twenty services — a narrow focus where I have live deployments and results you can check.

online booking system

Rezerwo — Calendar, payments and invoices in one place

Guests pick a slot, pay online and get a confirmation. You see every booking in one dashboard, without phone calls or a notebook at reception.

Availability calendar

Time slots, sessions of different lengths, capacity limits and blocked dates. Guests only ever see what is genuinely free.

Tickets and entries

Price variants — standard, reduced, family, group — with separate weekday and weekend rates.

Online payments

Guests pay when they book. The slot is held only once the payment clears, so empty gaps disappear.

Vouchers and passes

Gift vouchers and time-based passes with expiry dates. They sell themselves before the holidays.

Discount codes

Promotional campaigns with your own codes, usage limits and expiry dates.

Invoices from a tax ID

The customer enters a company tax ID and the details load automatically from the national register. No typos in invoices.

Room and space rental

Exclusive room bookings in time blocks, running alongside regular ticket sales.

Staff dashboard

Occupancy at a glance, today's booking list and sales reports, all available from a phone.

Subscription + booking commission

from 199 PLN / month

+ 2% on bookings paid online

No setup fee. Cancel from one month to the next.

About me

I don't run an agency and I don't employ salespeople. You talk to me, I build the project and I answer for the result.

For eight years I've been building websites and software for businesses that need to pay for themselves — hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues. A website isn't decoration; it's a tool for winning bookings and enquiries.

I work without middlemen. Decisions happen in a conversation, not in an email relayed through three people. When something breaks on a Saturday evening, you call me, not a helpdesk.

How I work

Four steps, no surprises

You know upfront what happens, what it costs and when it ends.

  1. 01

    Conversation

Twenty minutes on where your customers come from and what needs to change. No slide deck, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Quote and scope

You get a firm price and deadline in writing. You know exactly what's included before you pay anything.

  3. 03

    Design and build

You see the design first, code comes after. We agree on changes as we go.

  4. 04

    Launch and care

We publish the site, I walk you through the admin panel, and I stay reachable afterwards.

Questions

Before you ask

The things clients ask most often on our first call.

How long does a website take?

A typical business site takes three to five weeks from design approval. The longest part is usually gathering copy and photos on your side — if you have them ready, it moves faster.

Will I be able to edit the content myself?

Yes, that's the point of WordPress. After launch I show you how to change text, images and pages. You won't need to call me to fix a typo.

What happens after the site goes live?

You can stay on a care plan — updates, backups, monitoring and small changes. It isn't mandatory, but for a site that earns its keep it simply pays off.

Will the booking system work for my venue?

It works anywhere you sell time or entry: tracks, play centres, escape rooms, tourist attractions, courts, service studios. On a call we'll check whether your way of selling maps onto it.

Do I need a website to use the system?

No. It plugs into an existing site, including one I didn't build. It can also run on its own and be linked from social media.

Who picks up the phone when something breaks?

I do. There's no helpdesk and no ticket queue where things get lost. You call the number on this page.
