The look is matched to your website, so booking feels like a natural part of it rather than a widget bolted on.
Booking system
A ready booking system for venues that sell time and entry. It runs in production from day one, under your brand and on your own website.
Why bother
The biggest difference isn't in the technology — it's in how much work disappears from reception.
Features
Features shaped by real deployments, not by a wish list from a sales deck.
Time slots, sessions of different lengths, capacity limits and blocked dates. Guests only ever see what is genuinely free.
Price variants — standard, reduced, family, group — with separate weekday and weekend rates.
Guests pay when they book. The slot is held only once the payment clears, so empty gaps disappear.
Gift vouchers and time-based passes with expiry dates. They sell themselves before the holidays.
Promotional campaigns with your own codes, usage limits and expiry dates.
The customer enters a company tax ID and the details load automatically from the national register. No typos in invoices.
Exclusive room bookings in time blocks, running alongside regular ticket sales.
Occupancy at a glance, today's booking list and sales reports, all available from a phone.
White label
Your customers never learn that an external tool is involved. They see your website and your business at every step.
The look is matched to your website, so booking feels like a natural part of it rather than a widget bolted on.
The whole booking process happens on your address. Customers are never handed off to somebody else's portal.
Emails and documents go out with your name and details on them. My company appears nowhere.
Payments land in your own payment gateway account, with nobody holding the funds along the way.
Who it's for
If you sell time, entry or places at set hours, the system will cover the way you sell.
Sessions of varying length, participant limits, and private room hire for birthdays and company events.
Timed-entry tickets, reduced, family and group rates, plus school group bookings.
Room and zone bookings on an exclusive basis, birthday packages and passes for regulars.
Courts, lanes, treatment rooms and studios — anywhere an hour of time or space is what you sell.
Deployments
Two venues sell through this system every day. Open their websites and walk through the booking flow as an ordinary customer would.
Commercials
A fixed subscription plus commission on bookings paid online. When you sell more, we both earn more.
Subscription + booking commission

Questions
No. I plug it into your existing site, including one I didn't build — WordPress or anywhere else you can embed code. It can also run on its own and be linked from social media.
Usually a few working days. The longest part is agreeing pricing, opening hours and booking rules — the configuration itself is quick, because the system is already built.
The standard Polish gateways: BLIK, online transfers and cards. The gateway account is opened in your company's name, so the money goes straight to you.
They enter a tax ID at checkout and the company details load automatically from the national register. No typos in names or addresses, and nothing for you to retype.
Yes, from one month to the next. There's no annual contract and no setup fee, so you risk nothing beyond the first month's subscription.
I do the first configuration together with you. After that you change prices, hours and limits yourself in the dashboard — or send me a message and I'll do it.
Contact
Write a few sentences about what you need. I reply within one business day, usually sooner.
The person replying is Sebastian Rykowski — not a consultant and not a ticketing system.
Thank you. I usually reply the same day, and at the latest within one business day.
