Hotels and guesthouses
Rooms presented properly, an availability search in the first screen and a path leading straight to a booking.
Websites
I design and build WordPress websites for businesses that have to earn from them. Projects built around how you actually sell.
Who it's for
The work goes best where a website has one job: bring in a booking, a phone call or a request for a quote.
Rooms presented properly, an availability search in the first screen and a path leading straight to a booking.
Menu, the feel of the room, and a dedicated section for events and private parties, where the money usually is.
Attractions, pricing, birthday and corporate packages, plus online ticket sales wired directly into the site.
A clear offer, proof of past work and a contact form that generates real enquiries instead of collecting spam.
Scope
No surcharges for the things a website needs anyway in order to work properly.
Layout and style are built around your business. You approve the finished design before any code is written.
Most of your customers arrive on a phone, so the phone is where the design starts.
You change text, photos and pages yourself. After launch we go through the panel together.
Heading structure, page descriptions, sitemap and structured data set up from day one.
Compressed images, caching and lean code. A slow site loses customers before they ever see it.
A contact form with bot protection and analytics wired in, so you can tell what actually works.
Pricing
Starting ranges. The final figure depends on the number of pages, the amount of content and the features you need — you get it in writing after our call.
from 5,000 PLN
Usually 3 weeks
A single page with sections, for businesses that need a solid presence online.
from 9,000 PLN
Usually 4–5 weeks
A fuller site with dedicated pages — the option hotels and restaurants pick most often.
from 15,000 PLN
Timeline agreed individually
A site with bespoke features and integrations with the systems you already run.
Any option can be extended with a care plan: updates, backups, monitoring and small changes.
Work
You can open every one of these and judge it yourself — on a desktop and on a phone.
Process
Four stages, and at each one you know what is happening and what is needed from you.
Twenty minutes on where your customers come from and what needs to change. No slide deck, no obligation.
You get a firm price and deadline in writing. You know exactly what's included before you pay anything.
You see the design first, code comes after. We agree on changes as we go.
We publish the site, I walk you through the admin panel, and I stay reachable afterwards.
Questions
Because you end up owning the site. The code and content are yours, you can move them to any host, and you don't pay a subscription for the website merely existing. Builders are cheaper at the start and more expensive over the years that follow.
Usually we do it together: you bring the knowledge of your business, I shape it into text that leads a customer towards contacting you. If you already have copy, we use it and the project moves faster.
Real photos of your place always work best. If you don't have them, I'll tell you what to shoot, or we'll start with licensed stock images.
Yes. I move the content, page addresses and redirects so your Google rankings don't suffer from the change. That's a standard part of the project, not an extra service.
I can set everything up and manage it, or leave it with your current provider. Accounts are always registered in your name — I don't hold your domain.
Contact
Write a few sentences about what you need. I reply within one business day, usually sooner.
The person replying is Sebastian Rykowski — not a consultant and not a ticketing system.
Thank you. I usually reply the same day, and at the latest within one business day.
